Painter. His paintings are exhibited in the National Mexican Museum of Watercolors (Mexico), the Museum of History of St. Petersburg (Peter and Paul Fortress), the Harbin Art Museum of Russian Painting "Spring Wind" (China, Harbin), in private collections in Russia and abroad.

Specialist in Russian icon. Igor had recreated the compositions of culturally important objects of St. Petersburg: the Great Naval Cathedral in Kronstadt, the Fedorovskaya Church of the Alexander Nevsky Monastery, the Peter and Paul Cathedral in St. Petersburg.

He is a lecturer at the St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin at the Russian Academy of Arts since 2004.
